The MZLH Series is a professional pelletizing equipment specially designed for processing biomass raw materials. It is mainly used to convert agricultural and forestry wastes such as wood chips and straw into high-density biomass pellet fuel.

3. Imported key components (bearings, oil seals, motors); upgraded bearings for biomass pelleting, long life, low maintenance
4. Roller adjustment device: precise clearance control, compact structure, smooth feeding
5. Quick-release clamp for ring die; optional manual/electric hoist, easy disassembly, low labor intensity
6. Overload protection: safety pin + travel switch; automatic shutdown for overpressure or foreign matter
7. Automatic anti-blocking: cylinder-driven bypass door; trial run & fault removal without shutdown
8. Door cover safety switch: prevents personal injury from high-speed rotating parts
9. Oil circulation cooling & lubrication: stable long-time operation
10. Automatic grease lubrication for rollers: adjustable timing & interval
11. Special forced feeder for light materials: improves feeding of low-flowability biomass
