This machine is suitable for the initial cleaning and cleaning of raw grains, and is widely used in industries such as miling, feed, chemical, food, and oil extraction. By replacing sieve plates with different apertures, various granular materials such as wheat, corn, rice, and oil can be cleaned.

This machine has a simple structure, smooth operation, good cleaning effect, large output, sturdy design, smooth planar rotation motion, low noise, and can be flexibly used with various types of air separators to remove light impurities and achieve beter cleaning effect.

● High-efficiency screening: adopting the principle of three-dimensional rotary vibration, the screening efficiency is 20%-30% higher than that of ordinary vibrating screen, and the handling capacity is large.

● Multi-layer classification: 1-5 layers of screen mesh can be configured to synchronize the realization of multi-level classification (e.g. separation of coarse, medium and fine particles).

● Closed and environmentally friendly: fully enclosed structure design, preventing dust spillage, in line with environmental protection and safe production requirements.

● Low energy consumption and durability: the motor power is small, low energy consumption; the screen mesh is made of stainless steel or wear-resistant alloy, with long service life.

● Easy maintenance and cleaning: quick release screen design, easy to replace and clean, reduce cross contamination.

● Intelligent adjustment: some models support adjustable amplitude and vibration frequency, adapting to different material characteristics (such as humidity, viscosity).
